Remove outdated gksu #116

Remove outdated gksu package for bionic, because this removed from repositories. I created according pull request in gpd-pocket-screen-indicator repository.

I tested buid ISO on my Ubuntu 16.04 and it is works. gpd-screen-indicator is tested too on my Pocket (Ubuntu 18.04 KDE/Gnome).
