Add a private method to
ExperimentConfig
to prevent out-of-package instances;
Split the uber-config test into individual experiment config tests into separate tests, for debugability;
Use
switch x.(type) {...}
to select experiments; this makes
Name()
method the only place where experiment's string name is defined.
