As a customer, I want to update the payment information for my subscription so that I can change credit cards without having to contact Stockpile support.

[ ] add PUT /subscription that can accept a new Stripe customer token

Research if there is a way to update a Stripe customer's credit card without changing the Stripe customer's ID. This endpoint may not be necessary.
