As an organization administrator, I want to invite new users so that my whole organization can use Stockpile.

Depends on #151.

[ ] Research how to implement an invite URL with a RESTful API
[ ] Add POST /invitation (create invitation, used by the admin panel in the app)
- request body: organization ID and an email
- generates and saves unique invitation URL (https://stockpileapp.co/register?id=[random string])
- sends an email with unique invitation URL
[ ] Add GET /invitation/:id that returns email and organization name
