ME does not seem to support "Scroll wheel knob control" #362

Thanks for these amazing modules!

When I change a parameter by dragging, I get the overlay, but when I scroll, I don't. I'm using Cardinal, if that matters.

I just discovered spin and sail, a much better solution to this problem!
