Switch to upstream firefox-webext-browser #448

https://github.com/jsmnbom/definitelytyped-firefox-webext-browser/issues/31 got fixed, so we can go back upstream once https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/pull/46342 gets merged
