Proxy Support #485

Can you add in support for proxies e.g as URL/import list and maybe a shuffle option if its a list. I have a SOCKS5 server and want to a new ip for each tab. Currently i have to set it on each container using Container proxy.

In my use case it would be great if you could pick an existing multi-account container to inherit proxy settings from. I use container proxy with multiple proxies, even if it inherited the default container proxy settings would be great but right now my only option would be to set the proxy in Firefox's settings, but that prevents me from setting containers that do not use the proxy.

Of course just being able to set a proxy for temporary containers would be useful.

@gvvng @venatiodecorus To make it easy I have made a brand new extension

Currently I only have supported HTTP but adding socks shouldn't be that hard.

And the good thing is you can just copy all the ip list and paste it in text box from popup.
