Support for Docbook documentation output #204

The HTML pages generated by enunciate are great, but I also want to to add the REST API documentation to our DocBook based manuals using enunciate output.

I found references to this topic in in some older mailing-list archive: http://markmail.org/thread/yohqcrnbpnkq4ltq but unfortunately can no longer find the results due to the codehaus shutdown.

Thank you for creating enunciate, this is a great tool (running on 2.1.0 now).

I don't see why a freemarker template couldn't be created to create DocBook XML.

I'll use this issue to track this as a feature request.
