Add support for 401(K) loans #59

I added partial support for INV401K because the LOANINFO is under it. I added the aggregates under INV401K that I didn't implement as commented out code.

FYI, I've been trying to get this deployed, but OSSRH is rejecting new releases right now. I'll keep trying.

Thanks for the update. I'm planning to prepare another pull request to support loan elements in investment transactions.
