Use script.favourites for all custom Favourite links #253

For all custom links to Favourites, utilize script.favourites for selection. Among other things, this enables the user to choose whether to open the link and display the contents or to automatically play it.

Where applicable, also allow custom icon/wallpaper to be set for it, a la the Custom Home Shortcuts.

Make use of strings 31714-31716 for these.

This is somewhat related to #212.
