Bump Kodi GUI version to 5.3.0 #261

Doing this for helix screws up alignments badly. Any ideas?

I haven't yet begun to look at the Helix changes, beyond making issues here on github for them. I presume if it messes up alignments, I'll have to carefully look the skin over and fix them.

I added pretty much all the other Kodi helix updates, I only added the specific ones that were one for one to this issues list though. The only thing I can't work on is PVR stuff, my TVheadend Linux server is borked and doesn't want to use my tuner in picking up OTA TV (I used to use it fine before I moved when I had cable). So unless I get it fixed, I can't help with any of those.

Yeah, I don't have a PVR either. I end up either doing it blind or waiting for someone else to submit a patch lol.

As for the alignment issues, this isn't the first time this has happened. Both Frodo and Gotham had subtle changes that broke alignment of things in the skin.

I can validate and submit changes for helix/PVR part if needed.

Home3 needs some TLC. I don't really use it, so I have no opinion on how it should look.. it looks off atm.

The ratings star was misaligned as well, but since it wasn't functioning exactly as I'd like it to anyway (see Issue #242), I've just hidden it for the time being.
