Code for ENV keys not in release #157

The code for environmental keys as ssl params appears to be missing in the 1.4.7 release. It appear the release just updated the CHANGELOG.md and warnings about RubyForge. Could the code about ssl params be added, perhaps in another release? For example this commit is not in the release: 3535654c9ff7ba9ad9422038d4cb9ea5483ccc84

Sheehs. You are right. Failure to merge correctly here.

I will get this taken care of shortly, with a new release.

Merge happened, and no problems afterwards.
