...would update the vendor.js automatically if the bower file specifies more dependencies. #44

When starting gulp in a branch with different dependencies, the old vendor.js file is not updated.

I am not sure if this is still a problem, the bowerjson is watched, but new dependencies might not be installed already so the can not be processed
