Changed the displayed text from "...has been send" to "...has been sent" (sent is the past tense of 'to send')
Changed the save location of the "stomt.conf.json" file to be in the users Saved folder (on windows, ../Game/Saved/stomt) instead of the system root (C:/stomt)

Thanks for your pull request. A user might wonder why a stomt folder appears on his drive so moving it next to other game files makes sense.
