The query result does not meet expectation

How To Reproduce

CREATE TABLE t0(c0 INT) ;
INSERT INTO t0(c0) VALUES (DEFAULT);
ALTER TABLE t0 ADD COLUMN c1 INT DEFAULT 1;

SELECT * FROM t0;
