Would it be possible to make a spell like this? #171

Hi harry, do u know if it would be possible to make a spell like Heroic Leap that jumps to a postion and when it arrives at the location you become rooted?

I have one currently that "kinda" works, the only problem is that you get rooted abit too early and not exatly on landing
