Program Display Issue on Older Laptop #189

Spell editor version: V2_0_4

Describe the bug: Unable to see header of program containing Config, Import/Export, etc

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Opened both x64 on x86 exes on older Windows 10 laptop with recommended display 1366x768.

Expected behavior Assumed that header would be visible on default display settings.

Additional context: Was able to work-around by simply creating a shortcut and forcing the Run: Maximized option in shortcut properties.

First year programming student and first github bug report, so apologies if I missed anything important.

Nice workaround, I believe this was also reported here: https://github.com/stoneharry/WoW-Spell-Editor/issues/124

It seems like some of the UI can get truncated at smaller screen sizes.
