CasterAuraSpell and TargetAuraSpell #210

Can you add CasterAuraSpell and TargetAuraSpell to the app on the Base window. This fields from Spell.dbc allow to cast the current spell you are doing only if the caster/target has the selected aura on them.

works similar to Caster/Target AuraState
