Error Failed to load core DBC #219

Need more information.

As the error message says, have you got the right bindings, wow version, and such selected?

Close. Fixed it i try the program in windows 10 Home and this errors happen. Today i installed windows 10 Pro and work perfectly. I think this happen on windows home versions.... So now all is okey.
