Bump version #1

The newest version of seafile server is 6.1.2, please do a version bump of this dockerfile when you have some spare time :)

I will try to do so in the next weeks. There still is a weird bug that users are lost when restarting the container and I want to get rid of that one before letting users upgrade to a new seafile version. Hang on :-)
