Mute ChitChat #51

Is there a way to mute the whole App rather than all Chats? The Notification Badges would be enough for me.

WhatsApp Web has its own way to enable/disable sound and notifications for new messages.

Click the disclosure button (next to the new message button, in the top left of the screen), then select "Notifications" in the drop-down menu and you should be presented with a dialogue which allows you to disable notifications either indefinitely or for a finite period of time.

That's strange, I too can see the entire menu. Try restarting ChitChat and try again?

Did a restart. No improvement. Seems to me a specific problem with my environment then... If theres any information i can provide for you to find the problem, let me know.

Select Notifications from this menu and choose to not have sound: screen shot 2016-03-29 at 12 35 42 am
