I think this issue can be closed.

I still have these symptoms. My current cure is to not change the power state, e.g. reboot instead of sleep if I need to unplug. Pretty sure this is a power state issue with Audio as @stonevil has already hinted, but waiting for confirmation. If so, this can be merged with: https://github.com/stonevil/Razer_Blade_Advanced_early_2019_Hackintosh/issues/10 at the very least, but not closed.

hmm, have you tried running catalina?

k-sym commented 5 years ago

Not yet. Vagrant isn't on speaking terms with it yet, so I need to hold off until it does. Sorely tempted though.

Does anyone have a fix? I have problems with battery life after sleep, laptop cannot drop temp below 50C and fans constantly running. After reboot it stays cool and i can have ~4h battery life but after waking from sleep only 1.5-2h

Issue with power management for GPU. Basically logic board design issue. I din'd find way to fix this. I do not have anymore (since August last year) access to RBA.

will this fix also work for disabling my 2070 max-q on my mid 2019 razer blade?

doubleyoustew commented 4 years ago

You can try. First without the RTEC stuff and if that doesn't work you can add that one too. No guarantee though, I don't have that model.
