What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a large text file(40MB)
2. change to Text Mode
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Hello, the MadEdit-pv has changed name to MadEdit-Mod. And this bug has been fixed. You can check latest code in https://github.com/LiMinggang/madedit-mod.

Google was not available in China. So, MadEdit-Mod moved to SF and Github
