Fix warnings #80

This PR fixes a slew of warnings that I see when compiling ecl_core on Ubuntu 18.04, both on amd64 and on arm64. After these patches (and the equivalent ones on ecl_lite), I have a clean build of sophus, ecl_core, and ecl_lite.

Oh nice, I started doing this on the weekend on my melodic install, just saved me a job :)

I'll check it out and test it shortly.

Colcon does not look like it's doing anything any longer .... too quiet!
