Parameter type bug #32

Parameter setting is in a try/catch, catching rclcpp::ParameterTypeException

Fix looks like this

motionsim@Cabin-UX:~/ueye$ ros2 param set ueye_cam auto_gain 0
Setting parameter failed
[ueye-1] [WARN] [ueye_cam]: Invalid parameter value type [integer] for parameter [auto_gain], rejecting.
