Post permlink sometimes contains multiple hyphens in a row #175

Posts with titles such as "Witness Earnings Report - 2018-10-29" will give a permalink containing multiple hyphens. For example: https://steemit.com/witness-category/@quochuy/witness-earnings-report---2018-10-29

Would be nicer if you could replace those multiple hyphens with a single one.
