the very creatively named "Publishing Press" (http://publishingpress.info/) and its portfolio of six journals seems to be rather suspect. They are spamming scientists in the typical manner and are using rather questionable English on their homepage. The biggest give-away though seems to be the usage of fake DOIs in the pdf version of the few articles they have online.
