Found while working on https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts/issues/720#issuecomment-410975824 & #11: Several [in] journals.csv don't have any top-level domain like .com, .org. Instead they contain many %20 which is encoded white-space. This indicates they are actually titles.

Should be removed, investigated to find their actual URLs, or is keeping them fine just as keywords for the search?
