MECS-Publishers listed as predatory publishers - False Positive? #3

I noticed that MECS-Press is listed as one of the possibly predatory publishers here:

Can you please reach them and provide facts/information so that they remove your name from their list?

MECS Journals are free charge publishing for any authors in the world, you can find these information in our website, and you can ask any authors from published papers.

So, thanks for your information again, and if possible, please help to inform this website to remove our publisher name from the list soon.

I should mention that I have, and my colleagues have published in their journals for free. No price was paid at any time from submission to publication. They also provided relevant review comments before publication.

And if it is not obvious already, I am by no means affiliated/related with MECS publishers.

I just came across a paper published by MECS and as I was reading I realized it was poorly written. There were typos and some sentences made no sense. That's why I decided to check whether it was published by a predatory publisher and how I got here. The quality of the text was bad enough to get me wondering so that might mean something but can anybody confirm MECS is a good-quality publisher? I just don't want to go around citing papers that have not been peer-reviewed.
