Dear Sir/ Madam,

I already make the complaint by online chat for the international journal of innovation, creativity, and change (2201-1323).

This journal published lots of papers in the year 2019 without any review process with charging high fees from the authors.

the journal received the papers from the agents and even the associate editor working as an agent and demanding a high fee.

Similarly, I check the journal cite score I found that journal has self-citations and also cite their papers to other journals by other consultant companies named (Intellectual Edge Consultancy*). I found that the associate editor of the journal holds this company by the registration with his Malaysian friend. and collecting the papers and money from the back door.

Here is a sample for the editor email which shows that the journal high fee and predatory behavior of the journal. when authors send emails to the journal then they are offering their Whatsapp no for dealing from the back door.

Hopefully, Scopus will take action against the journal and delist the money-making journals.
