I am an Associate researcher at Mentouri Univ. of Constantine (Algeria) and I do not understand why "Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences" https://www.jfas.info/index.php/JFAS is considered as a predatory journal !!! I've achieved a PhD on theoretical physics and I've published a couple of papers in world-class peer reviewed journals. Two months ago I've discovered the journal while looking for a place to publish a research paper of mine. The journal is open access without any required submission nor processing fees. I've submitted my work and it has been accepted after being reviewed by three different reviewers. The referees reports was very professional and remarks was pertinent. The editor was also very professional and responsive. All the same as many highly considered journals and reviews. So I really do not understand why that journal is considered as predator especially that absolutely no criteria cited at https://predatoryjournals.com/about/ applies to this journal.
