Migrate to Nextjs #252

Rewrite of oneblog in Next.js

Main changes:

  1. No longer compatible with Netlify, has to be deployed to Vercel a. Still working on getting Netlify to work properly--their next.js support is still a bit lacking
  2. Open-graph images on posts a. Uses the first image or code block found in the post. If it finds none, it uses your GitHub avatarUrl
  3. Fast initial page load
  4. Adds OneGraph attribution to the end of the blog posts (toggleable with an environment variable)

There is no automated setup on the OneGraph dashboard, yet. Ping me when you have 5 minutes and I'll get you set up.
