Bulk Copy from command line creates un-named connections

When executing a bulk copy task from the command line, the named connection 
entries are stripped of their names.

If a delete target option is specified, because these connections no longer 
have names, it may go for the wrong connection, thus executing a delete 
operation on this connection. If schemas are identical between connections, 
this is a recipe for disaster!

The connection names should not be discarded when executing a bulk copy from 
the command line.
