Do you have an idea about, why some of the featurs are not shown in the 
map?

It is a problem with SharpMap and the built-in R-Tree that causes certain line 
features from your sample data to fail basic intersection tests (hence not 
being rendered in the map preview).

I'm looking at replacing SharpMap with something else more feature complete 
(currently looking at MapWindow)
