WishList: Do not open saved connection schemas until tree is expanded then show busy cursor #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save several ArcSDE Connections
2. Re-open FDO Toolbox
3. Make a cup of tea
4. Come back after all the schemas validate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

As ArcSDE has such an incredibly slow schema / coordsys discovery process
(I think this is a regression since FDO 3.3) if you have several
connections stored in FDOtb it will take an age to open up as all the
schemas are queried.  To allow FDOtb to be more responsive and allow saving
many connections the tree control should stay collapsed and once connect to
data on demand.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.2

Fixed in r1062. No more tea breaks for you :-P
