XML dumps should be formatted #300

Whenever something is dumped to an XML file, whether it is a feature schema or 
a schema mapping set, it is dumped without any formatting making it difficult 
for flesh-based entities like us to read it.

When dumping out to XML, the writer should be configured to write XML with 
indentation

Fixed as much as we can, other changes will need to be done at the FDO level
