FDO connections should also persist configuration file path #324

If an FDO connection is saved, if it was configured via an XML file, this is 
not saved as part of the serialization. The connection document schema should 
be modified to include the optional path to an XML configuration file. 

Connections that have been configured will write this path when saving, and 
re-apply the configuration on loading if the file path exists.
