Add identity proeprty to schema #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow directions here 
(http://themapguyde.blogspot.com.au/2010/08/using-fdo-schema-overrides.html)
2. try loading a new sql connection with config file
3. bombs out and won't load giving me the following error.

"Exception occurred: System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot set configuration 
when connection is not in a closed state at 
FdoToolbox.Core.Feature.FdoConnection.SetConfiguration(String file) ..."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to load database view with identity property

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FDO Toolbox 1.0.0.1251

Please provide any additional information below.

I am running into this issue as well. I followed the Blog post and changed the 
XML configuration by adding in the Identity field. I went back to FDO Toolbox 
to load this configuration and got this same error. Here is my modified XML 
document.
