feat: display security scheme roles

Elements Default PR Template

The PR displays security scheme roles in the API security section: https://github.com/stoplightio/elements/issues/2491

I also did changes in http-spec, so the version needs to be bumped as well. I will do this as soon as the other PR is merged and released.
