@dgrstl wow yeah that's really slow, there's likely a quick win in there to reduce how much data is being returned. And maybe some caching we can do on the server like you suggested.
@lottamus I'd like to follow-up with the customer on this if you have an update.

Describe the bug When going to api.qualtrics.com (particularly when navigating into a deep page such as https://api.qualtrics.com/instructions/reference/contactFrequency.json/paths/~1directories~1%7BdirectoryId%7D~1frequencyrules/post). Sometimes the Nav Bar takes up to 10 seconds to load. Is there anything that we can do client-side to cache this, or anything that can be done Server Side to reduce the load time to 1-2 seconds?)
