`@stoplight/spectral-cli` 6.8.0 changelog? #2479

6.8.0 was published to npm, but the file in this repo is still 6.7.0 and no changelog for 6.8.0 is found anywhere. I hope this is not a malicious package 😆.

Maybe consider enabling provenance publishing where such an error would be impossible.

It's the same as 6.7.0. It got released twice by accident.
