Using this as a means to communicate with @jawaff regarding your 'recyclarr tteck script for proxmox' pull request that was closed.

Idk why he closed the pull request with a rude comment instead of trying to help you contribute to his repo for proxmox, but whatever.

I modified the scripts you created so you can update and create a new pull request. I have NOT tested this scripts so please look over them, however, I used Whisparr-installer.sh & Whisparr.sh as a base to re-work your pull request. See the attached files. I want you to get all the credit cause this guy was probably having a bad day and you didn't deserve being blow up on.

Let me know if you have any questions and keep up the good work! :)

recyclarr-install.sh.txt recyclarr.sh.txt

Also, I will be soon working on a Web-based GUI in Python for Recyclarr cause annoyed there isn't one, and that to get any gui you need to be a paying subscriber to Notifiarr.

I didn't see this until now. Thanks for trying, but I went with a different strategy using cronicle. You can submit the pull request yourself if you want. I'm surprised by recylcarr not being included in the helper scripts already since it's so useful for keeping the arr app configurations up to date. Although, I must admit that I don't have any desire to work with tteck. It's not like I'm the only one that he talks like that to.

Good luck with your GUI. I'm totally fine with Recyclarr the way it is though. Cronicle gives me a UI for making sure the cron jobs are working.
