Add Leetcode to the list of Platforms #353

Leetcode has a huge userbase and will help in evaluating more users.

Hey @prakhar897 we have already contacted Leetcode for the same. They don't have any public submissions page given a user handle to fetch all the historic submissions of a user. Until they start providing that or expose us some API we can't add it to StopStalk. Closing this for now.
