Add a download submission option #84

At present only CodeForces submissions are possible for this feature since on HackerEarth they have an unlock option before viewing the code.

For Codeforces --> BeautifulSoup(pre_tag_as_str).find("pre").text For Codechef --> Parse the plaintext link
