Add Smartdraw #58

Smartdraw requires a $3K/year enterprise site license for SSO, vs. $6/u/m ($360/yr) for a team license.

Thanks for the submission @jmbwell - that is quite the jump for SSO. Looks like the pricing page though for smartdraw has $8.25/month with a minimum of five users; did you get the $6 from a quote? No worries if so, but I think we should mark it as a custom quote or update to the list price if we're using their website as the source. Thoughts?

Wow. What are the odds… they appear to have changed the price in the past 24 hours. My invoice from yesterday shows the $5.95 price, but the renewal for next year shows the $8.95 price. I'll update the PR to reflect the changes.
