Stop uploads to nft.storage by 1st July

• [ ] Users can not upload data to nft.storage anymore (not via API, SDK and NFTUP or pinning api)
• [ ] Users can still get an API key to read data for migration purposes
• [ ] NFTup repo should be archived
• [ ] UI changes: Banner on the NFT.Storage website Files page (when logged in) https://nft.storage/files/ Change banner at top from: “We’re evolving our platform and services to be more decentralized. Learn more >> To “Notice: Uploads have been decommissioned. Please visit the product page to learn more and find a new hot storage provider for uploading new assets.”
