As a journalist I want to start paying for my own spaces once my sponsoring organisation (StarlingLab) stops paying for it so I can continue using it. As StarlingLab I want to stop paying for a journalist after some time and hand over ownership and payment over the space to the journalist himself.

Journalist (space claimant):

Claim ownership over shared space
Add payment method to my account and start paying for this space
Once space claimant added payment method for the space, the previous owner stops paying for it

Original space owner:

Stop paying for space once the new space owner added payment
