fix: agent store integration tests #381

This PR fixes 3/4 integration tests failing in target PR, as well as swaps receiptsStorage in blob tests by the agent store. The remaining one is a problem from https://github.com/w3s-project/w3infra/pull/380#discussion_r1619065311
