I have added significant tech deep documentation, so please review in detail.

This PR is ready to review. However, plenty of data is far from good, so please review and comment.

"In general, I think it would be useful on the root 'Rancher' page to give a little background, the different ways Rancher can run Kubernetes, the pitfalls and idiosyncracies in the platform, anything to watch out for, etc.. "

This is done in docs/platforms/rancher/index.md

"Also, we have 'Rancher/Install/Kubernetes' - how does the version of Kubernetes tie in here? Is there 'Rancher with Kubernetes 1.13' etc.?"

I'm unsure on how to add versioning of k8s for Rancher as the amount of branches can become unmanageable.
