Logging out of account doesn't properly clear the cache for billing information. Cache only clears correctly with a hard refresh.
Replication steps:
a@a.com logs in and looks at billing information and then logs out.
b@b.com logs in and goes to billing information. Sees a@a.com's billing information.
Hard refresh clears the cache correctly and now shows b@b.com's billing information.
